About A.M. Advisory

There is a particular kind of
organisational frustration
that has nothing to do with
a lack of expertise.

The team is capable. The challenge is understood. And yet the decision keeps circling, the transformation keeps stalling.

A.M. Advisory is named for two women whose life's work was revealing what was hidden.

The work of A.M. Advisory

Not because the answer is missing — but because the conditions to surface it have never quite been created.

That is the work of A.M. Advisory.

LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitation

We create the conditions for what is already known
to finally be said, built, and acted on.

What we do

Surface what matters.
Build what lasts.

We partner with healthcare, life science, and public health organisations — and with the digital health startups and transformation teams disrupting them — across Europe, DACH, and Australia.

We design and facilitate LEGO® Serious Play® workshops that create the conditions for what is already known to be said, built, and acted on.

The methodology

The hands reveal
what the mind holds.

LEGO® Serious Play® works at the intersection of hand and mind — it accesses thinking that conversation alone cannot reach, and produces three-dimensional models of strategy, risk, and possibility that a team can see, challenge, and own together.

The result is not a report. It is a room full of people who have genuinely decided something. Together.

Five areas of practice

01

Leadership

For clinicians, researchers, and health system leaders stepping into senior roles — and for leadership teams navigating change at pace.

02

AI Governance

Building ethical frameworks and accountability structures before AI tools are deployed, not after. Aligned to EU AI Act requirements.

03

Digital Transformation

Aligning the clinical, operational, technical, and human dimensions of transformation that slides and project plans cannot hold alone.

04

Strategy

Making the invisible visible: surfacing assumptions, pressure-testing direction, and building shared commitment where complexity is the baseline.

05

Team Development

For newly formed teams, fast-scaling startups, post-merger groups, and any team that needs shared language before working under pressure.

Who we work with

Organisations where
complexity is the baseline.

Designed for organisations where stakeholders span disciplines, stakes are high, and alignment is not optional.

A.M.

A.M. Advisory is named for two women who came before. Their callings — to reveal what was hidden — live inside everything we do.

The founding story

Named for two women
who revealed what was hidden.

We bring deep sector knowledge from clinical research alongside certified LSP facilitation — a combination that speaks the language of your organisation from the first conversation. We understand the regulatory weight, the stakeholder complexity, the pressure of evidence, and the pace of change hitting health systems right now.

A.M. Advisory was founded in the tradition of two women — a pharmacist and a midwife — who spent their lives revealing what was hidden: one in molecules, one in the moment of new life arriving.

The name carries their work forward. The methodology honours their instinct: that the most important things are already present, waiting for the right conditions to emerge.

We create those conditions.

Audrey

Pharmacist

Country town pharmacist. Scientist. Businesswoman. Mother. She had no patience for unnecessary complexity and no tolerance for important things left unsaid. She worked with molecules invisible to the eye — and with people who needed straight answers. Both required the same thing: precision, and the courage to be clear.

Mira

Midwife

She gathered people wherever she went — family, neighbours, strangers who became both. A midwife and a builder of community: quietly strong, deeply feminine, entirely herself. She understood that the most important arrivals — of new life, of new belonging — need someone steady at the threshold.

If your team is facing something that meetings aren’t solving — let’s talk.
